Partial Furniture Packages may be a more desirable option if the property is already currently occupied with furniture. We occasionally get enquiries to assist vendors in partially styling their property, working with the furniture and décor the property may already currently have in it.
One of our experienced stylist will first come to see your property and assess the furniture you currently have. Accordingly, we will provide you with a quote showing you how we can add any furniture, décor or art to give your property the finishing touches it deserves. We will also provide any feedback on how you can better optimize the use of the furniture you currently have in the property.
If you are going to be living in the property during your properties campaign, we will give you all the information you need to ensure that you are prepared for photos, open inspections and of course auction day too.
We only recommend partial styling if the property is currently occupied with furniture and it will not be moved until you have sold the property.
