What are your payment terms?

Clients must finalise payment in full 48 hours before their scheduled installation.

How much notice should I give?

Two weeks’ notice provides enough time for a thorough and optimised styling solution. However, we can work with you to complete the staging quicker if your unique scenario requires it.

What happens when my property sells?

Please notify us as soon as your property sells and the settlement date. We will then organise to pick up the furniture within the time frame.

Can I live in my house during the staging period?

To create a more seamless selling experience for potential buyers, and yourself, we find it is best not to live in your house. However, the occasional client will need partial staging while they reside at the property. In this situation, we help to declutter and lay out the space with key components of the existing furniture before adding our stock items and stylistic flair to polish it off.

Do you own or hire the furniture you use?

We own a large and varied stock range at our warehouse comprising timeless and on-trend furniture, art and decor.
